The name says it, these domes are clicked on. You snap them onto the speaker of your hearing aid. Did you know that Siemens, Signia and Audioservice are the only hearing aid suppliers using this construction? This keeps the tip from “just hanging” in your ear canal. Opinion
Signia recommends that you replace the siemens click dome on your hearing aid within 3 months. After every day, please wipe over the dome to prevent clogging of the filter.
