Hearing aids today can control<\/a> the sound for you on a situation-by-situation basis<\/a>. They recognize the difference between quiet and busy situations, between music and noise, and can suppress wind noise, for example. The less sound that \u201cescapes,\u201d the better they can adjust this and thus the better you hear. Therefore, in many cases we recommend fitting with ear pieces instead of a tip (dome).<\/p>\n\n

They are enthusiastic about the sound quality, but also about understanding. The hearing aid suddenly comes into its own much better and also sits more securely.
