This can lead to insecurity and difficulty communicating in the workplace. Many people view hearing loss as their own problem and try to deal with it on their own, which can result in fatigue and reduced work performance. However, it is essential to discuss hearing loss and utilize the tools and strategies available.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Webinar: Future-proofing Working with Hearing Impaired<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the webinar &#8220;Future-proof working with hearing loss,&#8221; Anke Heij shares her personal experiences and professional insights. She discusses the many options available for working effectively with hearing loss, based on the Dutch Association of Company Doctors&#8217; guideline &#8216;Hearing Impairment and Tinnitus&#8217;.
