\nBasically, it consists of a hand unit with a very sensitive microphone<\/b> and advanced amplifier plus earphones (like from a walkman). You can set the hand unit to use the built-in sensitive microphone or to pick up the signal from an induction loop \/ telecoil present in the room. Powerful gain 30 dB
