Do you have a Bernafon hearing aid with a minifit speaker? Then a Bernafon dome will fit your speaker. Bernafon domes are also called tips or tipped domes.
The domes are available in various sizes and in different designs. When ordering, be sure to order the same dome as you already have. <\/p>\n

We recommend using domes from the brand you have a hearing aid from. If you want to \u201cinterchange\u201d products, the domes may not stay properly attached to your speaker. The downside may be that the dome then gets stuck in your ear.
How often a Bernafon dome should be replaced depends on usage and your ear. Bernafon recommends replacing the dome at least once every 3 months. <\/p>\n

These minifit domes do not fit thinetube connections and curved or standard speakers.<\/p>\n

How do you replace a Bernafon dome?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Use a tissue to remove the old dome. Place the tissue over the Oticon dome and then make a you slightly twist and pull motion. The dome will detach from the speaker. Check the filter of the speaker if it is completely clean and free. Is this not the case? Then replace it. Then place a new Oticon dome over the speaker. Make sure the dome is seated properly by pushing it firmly until it cannot go any further over the speaker. <\/p>\n
