Mijn droogdoosje ging helaas binnen 14 dagen defect, maar de manier waarop dit werd opgepakt was uitzonderlijk goed. Ze reageerden snel, dachten meteen mee en boden een duidelijke en eerlijke oplossing zonder enig gedoe. Het hele traject verliep soepel, professioneel en met oprechte aandacht voor de klant. Het is bijzonder prettig om te merken dat je zelfs op afstand zo goed geholpen kunt worden.
