Un seul coup, un seul instant, et votre audition peut \u00eatre alt\u00e9r\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on permanente. L&rsquo;aspect insidieux d&rsquo;un traumatisme par bang est qu&rsquo;il se produit souvent de mani\u00e8re inattendue et que, parfois, les dommages ne deviennent vraiment apparents que plus tard.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensez \u00e0 un feu d&rsquo;artifice qui se d\u00e9clenche un peu trop pr\u00e8s, \u00e0 un coup de feu sans protection auditive, au d\u00e9clenchement d&rsquo;un airbag, \u00e0 une explosion ou m\u00eame \u00e0 un bruit fort et inattendu lors d&rsquo;un concert. L&rsquo;ou\u00efe est faite pour beaucoup de choses, mais pas pour ce type de violence sonore en une seule fois. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wat-gebeurt-er-bij-een-knaltrauma-in-het-oor\">Que se passe-t-il en cas de traumatisme de l&rsquo;oreille ?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour comprendre ce qu&rsquo;est un traumatisme sonore, il faut examiner l&rsquo;oreille. Le son p\u00e9n\u00e8tre par le conduit auditif, fait vibrer le tympan et est transmis \u00e0 l&rsquo;oreille interne par les osselets. La cochl\u00e9e contient des cellules cili\u00e9es qui transforment ces vibrations en signaux nerveux.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cas d&rsquo;un traumatisme d\u00fb \u00e0 une explosion, les choses tournent mal en raison de l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 et de la soudainet\u00e9 du son. L&rsquo;onde de souffle est si puissante que : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les cellules cili\u00e9es de l&rsquo;oreille interne sont endommag\u00e9es ou meurent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le tympan peut se rompre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les os de l&rsquo;ou\u00efe sont temporairement disloqu\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le nerf auditif est surstimul\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cellules capillaires ne se r\u00e9parent pas d&rsquo;elles-m\u00eames. C&rsquo;est ce qui fait la gravit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un traumatisme d\u00fb \u00e0 un coup de poing. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hoe-hard-is-te-hard\">Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 quel point est-ce \u00ab\u00a0trop dur\" ?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un traumatisme par bang se produit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 des sons sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 120 \u00e0 140 d\u00e9cibels. En comparaison :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Feux d&rsquo;artifice \u00e0 courte distance : 140 \u00e0 160 dB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coup de feu : environ 150 dB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9clenchement de l&rsquo;airbag : 160 dB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explosion : encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le danger ne r\u00e9side pas dans la dur\u00e9e, mais dans la pointe. Une fraction de seconde peut suffire. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-veelvoorkomende-oorzaken-van-een-knaltrauma\">Causes courantes des traumatismes dus \u00e0 l&rsquo;explosion<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout le monde peut \u00eatre victime d&rsquo;un traumatisme de type \u00ab\u00a0bang\". Les m\u00e9decins font souvent la distinction entre : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9placement temporaire du seuil d&rsquo;audition : l&rsquo;audition semble se r\u00e9tablir avec le temps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e9sions permanentes : les cellules cili\u00e9es sont irr\u00e9m\u00e9diablement endommag\u00e9es<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le probl\u00e8me est que vous ne pouvez pas en juger par vous-m\u00eame. Le grincement, le sifflement ou le bourdonnement se produisent parce que le syst\u00e8me auditif est d\u00e9r\u00e9gl\u00e9. Le cerveau tente de combler lui-m\u00eame le son manquant, pour ainsi dire.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour certaines personnes, les acouph\u00e8nes disparaissent avec le temps. Pour d&rsquo;autres, ils restent un compagnon permanent.
