Ancak bir\u00e7ok insan\u0131n unuttu\u011fu \u015fey, g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcye uzun s\u00fcre maruz kalman\u0131n kal\u0131c\u0131 i\u015fitme hasar\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fidir. Hollanda\u2019da bunun i\u00e7in net kurallar belirlenmi\u015ftir. G\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc ile g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda hem i\u015fverenlerin hem de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sorumlulu\u011fu vard\u0131r. Bu blogda, kurallar\u0131n neler oldu\u011funu ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma durumunuz i\u00e7in hangi i\u015fitme korumas\u0131n\u0131n en uygun oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yoruz.    <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130\u015fitme korumas\u0131 ne zaman zorunludur?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wetten.overheid.nl\/BWBR0008498\/2024-08-01\/#Hoofdstuk6_Afdeling3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Yasas\u0131,<\/a> g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcl\u00fc ortamlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ili\u015fkin net y\u00f6nergeler sunmaktad\u0131r. Bu esas olarak <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcz boyunca maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc seviyeleriyle<\/strong> ilgilidir. Bu, kulakta \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen desibel (dB) cinsinden ifade edilir.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>80 dB(A)\u2019dan itibaren<\/strong>: i\u015fveren i\u015fitme korumas\u0131 sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>85 dB(A)\u2019dan itibaren<\/strong>: i\u015fitme korumas\u0131 takmak zorunludur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>87 dB(A)\u2019n\u0131n \u00fczerinde<\/strong>: \u00d6zellikle i\u015fitme korumas\u0131 tak\u0131l\u0131yken g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcye maruz kalma asla bu de\u011feri a\u015fmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmak gerekirse, 80 dB kabaca yo\u011fun bir trafik yoluna, 85 dB ise yoldan ge\u00e7en bir kamyona e\u015fde\u011ferdir. Kula\u011fa o kadar yo\u011fun gelmeyebilir, ancak b\u00f6yle bir ortamda g\u00fcnde 8 saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde i\u015fitme hasar\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilir. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c7ok fazla g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcn\u00fcn sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 nelerdir?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y\u00fcksek sese uzun s\u00fcre maruz kalmak \u015funlara yol a\u00e7abilir:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kal\u0131c\u0131 i\u015fitme hasar\u0131<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.horendgoed.nl\/tr\/isitme-sorunlari\/tinnitus-hakkinda-her-sey\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"9809\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kulak \u00c7\u0131nlamas\u0131<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yorgunluk ve konsantrasyon sorunlar\u0131<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0130\u015fyerinde ileti\u015fim sorunlar\u0131<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130\u015fitme hasar\u0131 genellikle <strong>onar\u0131lamaz<\/strong>.
