Description
Oticon – miniFit Bass tip 10 pieces 6MM single venting
Would you like to stock your own spare parts for your Oticon or Bernafon hearing aids? Order this Oticon Dome each from Horend Goed. All sizes available from stock.
There are many kinds and types of Oticon and Bernafon hearing aids. Hearing aids can have a speaker placed in the ear canal. However, the speaker must be protected with a filter and a dome. The dome also makes the speaker stay in place better.
Do you have an Oticon or Bernafon hearing aid with a minifit speaker? Then an Oticon dome will fit your speaker. Oticon domes are also called a tips or tipped domes.
The domes are available in various sizes and in different styles. When ordering, make sure to order the same dome as you already have.
We recommend using domes from the brand you have a hearing aid from. If you want to “interchange” products, the domes may not stay properly attached to your speaker. The disadvantage may be that the dome then gets stuck in your ear.
How often an Oticon dome needs to be replaced depends on usage and your ear. Hearing Good recommends replacing the dome at least once every 3 months.
These minifit domes do not fit thinetube connections and curved or standard speakers.
How do you replace an Oticon dome?
Use a tissue to remove the old dome. Place the tissue over the Oticon dome and then make a you slightly twist and pull motion. The dome will detach from the speaker. Check the filter of the speaker if it is completely clean and free. Is this not the case? Then replace it. Then place a new Oticon dome over the speaker. Make sure the dome is seated properly by pushing it firmly until it cannot go any further over the speaker.
Oticon domes come in packs of 10.
