At Horend Goed you are assured of high quality (hearing) care, and we do everything to keep your hearing device in top condition. So you can continue to enjoy your hearing solution without any worries.
Warranty
Every hearing aid sold by Horend Goed comes with a standard warranty of 5 years. Very convenient. If something goes wrong without your fault the hearing aid will be checked and repaired by the manufacturer. Horend Goed takes care of the warranty application/progress.
Aftercare
The maintenance of your hearing aid, such as cleaning and replacement of tubing and filters is taken care of by Horend Goed free of charge when you have purchased the hearing aid from us.
Did you not purchase your hearing aid at Horend Goed? Then of course you are just as welcome. We will tell you in advance what the necessary actions and costs are to get your hearing aid back in top condition.
Service
Adjusting your hearing aid is part of aftercare. Horend Goed will provide this free of charge for 5 years with the purchase of your hearing aid. Every year we approach you for a service of your hearing aids. This way we can be sure that your hearing aids are always perfect.
Maintenance packages
Horend Goed has maintenance packages that allow you to maintain your hearing aid yourself. And as you are used to from us, of course you have a choice! When you purchase your hearing aid, you can discuss with your hearing care professional which option is best for you.
Sequel Packages
To continue to enjoy your hearing aid fully and carefree, we will contact you annually for a service appointment. We will then discuss what follow-up package you need.
