How fast is fast delivery?

Very fast, namely the next business day. If you order before 11:59 p.m., you will have it delivered the next business day. Please note that Trunkrs does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

What time will my package be delivered?

Trunkrs delivers when people are home, between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. You will receive a text message 15 minutes before the driver arrives that your package is almost there.

Can I track my package?

Yes. You can track your package with your track and trace code via the Trunkrs website.

Can I have my package delivered to a pickup point?

No, unfortunately Trunkrs only delivers to private addresses.

What happens if the package cannot be delivered?

The package will then go to Trunkrs’ warehouse and be offered again the next business day.

Can my package be delivered to neighbors?

In most cases, this is possible unless identification is required upon receipt. You can indicate this by clicking on the “neighbors” button when checking your track and trace.

Can I change my address?

Yes, you can. You can do this on the track and trace page, via the button next to the delivery address. Please note that this may affect the delivery day.

What is deposition permission?

With a drop-off authorization you give the deliverer permission to leave your parcel around your house, for example in the garden. Please note: you are then ultimately responsible for the package, also in case of damage or theft. You can arrange this permission via the track and trace page.

Who delivers your packages outside the Netherlands and Flanders?

Our packages are delivered outside the Netherlands and Flanders by PostNL or DHL.
