Please note that these domes do not fit older Signia models with MiniReceiver 2.0 or earlier series. Therefore, please always check which system you have, or send us a picture of your hearing aid – we will be happy to help you.

Like other parts of the hearing aid, the dome requires regular maintenance. Over time, earwax, dust or moisture can build up in the dome, which can make the sound duller or reduce ventilation.
Our advice: replace the dome about once a month. This will prevent clogging, wear and tear and failure of your hearing aid.
Replacing the dome is easy and can be done without special tools:

Carefully pull the old cap off the receiver or tube.

Check that no dirt is left behind.

Press the new dome firmly onto the connector until you feel that it is firmly seated.
A few minutes of work, and your hearing aids will sound like new again.
