Use
Roll the earplug between your thumb and index finger to form a small rod.
Hold the ear with your free hand above your head to ease insertion. While twisting, insert the earplug as deeply as possible into the ear canal.
Wait until the plug in the or is extended again before entering the sound area. Know about ambient noise with a hearing protector. Then you can enter the sound area. If not, repeat steps 1-3 again. If the sound isolation is insufficient, change the type of hearing protection.
After use, remove the ear protection plugs from the ear canal slowly and with slight twisting to avoid damage to the eardrum.

Store dry and sealed.
