You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account.

1. Is the product a hygiene product?
Hygiene products are products that are not suitable for return due to their use when the seal is broken after delivery. These include earplugs, Calmers, in-ear headphones and hearing amplifiers. If a product is a hygiene product, it has a hygiene seal and an accompanying flyer. Is your product a hygiene product and the seal is broken? Then it not be returned. 2. Is the product complete?
The product must be returned complete – with all supplied accessories. Before your return, please check that you have included all accessories.
3. Is the product clean and undamaged?
The product must be returned in its original condition. Before your return, please check that the item and all included accessories are clean and undamaged.
4. Does the product have the original packaging?
If reasonably possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging. Although over the years we have been impressed by the extraordinarily creative solutions in which we have received products back, hearing protection in a cereal box or bags with layers of duct tape that could have saved the Titanic to name a few, it is greatly appreciated.
5. How do I exercise the right of withdrawal?

For sustainability and cost reasons, we greatly appreciate it if you return your product in the smallest possible packaging. If a package is not needed, return the item as a letterbox mail. Good for the environment as well as your wallet!
7. When will I receive my money back?
We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Not all products can be returned. The following products are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Civil Code:
- Sealed products. When the seal is broken these products are not returnable;
- Products created by the entrepreneur in accordance with consumer specifications;
- Products that are clearly personal in nature;
- Products that by their nature cannot be returned;
- Products that can spoil or age quickly;
- Products whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- Loose newspapers and magazines;
- Audio and video recordings and computer software for which the consumer has broken the seal.

Article 230p
The consumer has no right of rescission in the case of:
a. a contract where the price of the goods or services is subject to fluctuations in the financial markets over which the merchant has no control and which may occur within the termination period;
b. a contract in which the consumer has specifically requested the trader to visit him to perform urgent repairs or maintenance there, except:
1°. additional services not expressly requested by the consumer;
2°. the supply of items other than those necessary to perform maintenance or repairs;
c. A contract entered into at a public auction;
d. a contract to provide services, after performance of the contract, if:
1°. the performance began with the consumer’s express prior consent; and
2°. the consumer has declared to waive his right of rescission once the trader has fulfilled the contract;
e. a contract for the provision of services involving the provision of accommodation other than for residential purposes, transportation of goods, car rental services, catering and leisure services, if the contract provides for a specific time or period of performance;
f. a consumer purchase concerning:
1°. the supply of items manufactured according to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
2°. delivery of items that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
3°. the delivery of items that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
4°. the delivery of items that after delivery are by their nature irrevocably mixed with other items;
5°. the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the conclusion of a consumer purchase, but whose delivery can only take place after thirty days, and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the trader’s control;
6°. the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken after delivery;
7°. the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except a contract for the regular supply of such publications;
