The Connexx Eartip 3.0 10mm Open offers just that: a soft, open dome that stays comfortably in your ear and allows sound to come through naturally and clearly. Designed for use with the latest Signia and Rexton hearing aids, these domes are suitable for people with medium to slightly wider ear canals.
What is the Connexx Eartip 3.0 10mm Open?
The Connexx Ear Tip 3.0 10mm Open is a silicone dome (attachment) that you place on the speaker of your hearing aid. The open design means that the dome has small openings, allowing natural ambient sounds to simply enter your ear. This keeps your voice sounding natural and prevents a “closed” feeling in your ear.
Unlike the older Connexx Click Domes, you attach these domes to the end of the speaker without a click system. They are part of Connexx’s 3.0 dome system and are used specifically with Signia and Rexton hearing aids that are compatible with this series.

Who is this dome suitable for?
This 10mm Open Dome is intended for medium to wider ear canals. Because of its open design, this dome is especially suitable for people with mild to moderate hearing loss, where low-pitched sounds are still heard relatively well. The dome lets some of the natural sound through and mixes it with the amplified sound from the hearing aid – ideal for natural hearing.
Is the 10mm too big or just too small? No problem: the Connexx 3.0 Eartips also come in other diameters, so you can always choose the size that fits your ear canal.
Important: replace regularly for best performance
It is wise to replace your domes every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on usage and the amount of earwax. Old or clogged domes can muffle or even block sound. Preferably, replace domes at the same time as your Connexx 3.0 Nanocare wax filters to keep your hearing aid functioning optimally.
