Why change a filter on a speaker?
Filters of speakers should be replaced on time so that the speaker does not get clogged. A speaker can get clogged by earwax. If a speaker gets clogged, the sound can be reduced or the hearing aid may not work at all. How often the filter needs to be changed varies from person to person. This has to do with the amount of earwax buildup. Manufacturers recommend changing the filters once a month.
