Why choose level 60?
The 60 dB fitting level is the standard/light amplification and is recommended for mild to mild hearing losses. This level delivers pleasant sound quality without over amplification, and is an excellent fit for everyday situations such as conversations, TV sound and ambient noise.
Important when replacing
Always replace a speaker with a new one with exactly the same fitting level as your old one. So if your current speaker is a 60 dB model, choose a 60 dB replacement as well. Using a different level can affect sound quality and even reduce your hearing comfort.
