A hearing test is completely free and without obligation. All you need to do is make an appointment.

What does a hearing aid cost?
What a hearing aid costs you depends on the hearing protocol, your health insurance, your deductible and any additional insurance. You can read how that works here.
Do you have all the hearing aids?
Yes. As an independent audiologist, we are not bound by contracts and can provide all brands and types of hearing aids.
What is an out-of-category hearing aid?
An out-of-category hearing aid is a hearing aid that falls outside the five categories of the hearing protocol. They are often the more advanced hearing aids with extended functionalities. You can read more about them here.
How long do I have a warranty on a hearing aid?
The standard warranty period on a hearing aid is 5 years. In addition, at Horend Goed we also always offer service and aftercare. You can read more about it on this page.
How do I pair my hearing aid via Bluetooth?
First, check if your hearing aid has Bluetooth. Not sure? Then please contact us. Other than that, this is very easy. On your phone (or other device you want to pair with) go to settings and select “Bluetooth”. In the list of available devices, find the type number of your hearing aid, select it and click on “pair”.
What charger do I need for my hearing aids?
We understand that you can’t see the forest for the trees (sometimes neither can we). Just fill out the form on this page and we’ll be happy to help.
What is the best way to maintain my hearing aid?
How best to maintain your hearing aid depends on your type of hearing aid. You can read more about it here. It is always important to dry your hearing aid properly after use using a drying box!

I want to have swim caps custom made, do I need to make an appointment?
No, you don’t have to make an appointment. On Wednesdays from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and on Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, our specialists are waiting for you during our swim cap walk-in!
What is the best way to maintain my earplugs?
Rinse your earplugs with lukewarm water immediately after use and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Then let them air dry. You can also use a mild soap occasionally. Never use chemicals. Want to clean your earplugs more thoroughly? Then use a special cleaning agent.

By whom are your packages delivered?
Our packages are delivered by PostNL. All our packages, including letterbox packages, are provided with a Track & Trace code.
How can I track my package?
You can track your package with the Track & Trace code you receive from us. You can enter it on this page, together with your postal code, to view the current status.
My package is on delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What now?
In the unlikely event that something went wrong with the delivery of your package, you can file a complaint with PostNL. You can do this through this page.
I have a complaint, what should I do?
No problem, we always solve it nicely for you. You can easily contact us through our complaint form.
I want to return my product, how do I do that?
You may cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason and then have another 14 days to return your product. More information can be found here.
Can I return a hygiene product?
Some products come with a hygiene seal. Think of hearing protection or headphones. These products can only be returned unopened. If this seal is broken, these products cannot be returned. For more information, visit the hygiene products page.
Is there a guarantee on a Second Chance?
Yes. All Second Chances are complete, tested (except show models new in box) and have full warranty. You can find our Second Chances here.
